“ ” is dedicated to the loving memory of my beloved father, “ Shri Ram Singh” (1924-1980). His entire life was dedicated to serving the nation being an Air Force Officer he went on to position himself in the prestigious I.P.S. during the post-independence era, later, retired as the D.I.G. of Police.
He enjoyed extremely active social and professional lifestyle, undeterred by his failing health due to a heart ailment.
Ironically, my father's cardiac ailment inspired me to establish a well-equipped cardiac care unit for the residents of East Delhi .
